Product Description

This undated cob style piece was struck on a rare shaped planchet from the Mexico City Mint between 1702-1715. The coin does not show assayer mark or date but still shows the Reverse sided cross as well as a rare Obverse sided shield. Being a Grade one the piece isn't the sharpest strike but a rare one and an interesting piece to get mounted for the shape alone. Includes original COA endorsed by Bill Pearson, President of Forecastle Inc.
