NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel any listing or order due to errors in the listing at our discretion and because of the nature of our business, some currently listed items may no longer be available for purchase. If you purchase an item that is no longer available, you will be contacted personally and given the option to substitute an item of equal or greater quality or price for the item that is no longer available. Shipping:

All shipments will normally be sent US Postal Service Priority Mail requiring a signature at $6.25 or US Postal Service Express Mail at $15.75. If you require shipping insurance, you can purchase this for $1.00 per each $100.00 (rounded to the nearest $100.00) of your order. If you require special shipping, please call us to place your order. International rates will apply to shipments outside the US. 

Payment Options:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover via PayPal, Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. If paying with Discover you must use PayPal to complete your order or call us to place your order. If, in fact, you use PayPal to complete your order you will be transferring your funds to email address sales@atocha.com with contact William Pearson. If paying by check or money order please call us with your order at (800) 215-0050.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

Returns made within 30 days of the date of original purchase will be given a full refund on the purchase price. Orders returned after 30 days of the date of the original purchase will be given credit towards an exchange only. No refunds on postage and shipping costs.

Taxes:

South Carolina residents will be charged 7% sales tax (includes state and county tax) on all online and phone orders.
