Scarce Atocha Two Reale Grade 3 with a hand signed Mel Fisher certificate . The coin is a grade one by weight and by condition. I don’t know who graded the scoring, but they sure got it wrong. It was minted at the Potosi Mint during the reign of Phillip III of Spain. The coin is mounted in a very ornate 18K Gold Bezel with A White Gold Skull. It is encapsulated in a clear crystal holder which also further protects the coin. The original certificate of authenticity as issued With Mel Fisher’s actual signature over his facsimile signature accompanies the coin. It weighs a nearly full weight 6.7 grams. Well over $6000 in Key West if graded properly.
