This unpolished and uncleaned 8 Reale from the Atocha Wreck has amazing striking as well as shape and weight. Coming in at a Grade II at 22.54 grams with an NV Assayer mark on the Obverse and a significant shielf bearing on such side. Reverse side shows the cross with worn lions and castles. Bottom left corner onto the back side of the coin shows original tarnish and build up from 400 years under the ocean. Includes original Treasure Salvors Inc. COA endorsed by Mel Fisher
