Bogota, Colombia, gold cob 2 escudos, Philip IV, assayer R above denomination II to right, mintmark N.R to left (1672), NGC AU details / rev scratched. 6.66 grams. Full shield and cross plus clear assayer R to right ABOVE the denomination (an unlisted variety that we have only ever seen on coins dated 1672), red sedimentation around shield and scuffed surfaces suggesting prior burial.
